Fiji Homes and Properties is a collaboration between Larry Claunch and Janen Singh to own and operate a “First Class” Real Estate Company in Fiji.

Larry is an American, who, after numerous trips to Fiji has purchased investment properties, as well as a Private Island for his enjoyment with family and friends.

Janen, born and raised in Fiji, has vast local knowledge and extensive Real Estate experience here in Fiji and throughout the South Pacific. He will be heading up our Suva office, and overseeing the entire endeavour.

Larry and Janen have brought together a very professional and cohesive network of people to enable them to realize their vision. Pettine Simpson, original owner/operator of Savusavu Real Estate for the past 12 years, has now joined our team as Senior Sales Consultant. Doug “Diego” McKibbin, a long time Real Estate Agent in Hawaii and Fiji, is now General Manager of our Savusavu office. Ajeshni Prasad, our Office Administrator, wears ‘many hats’, and is a welcome component to our “Team”. Brenda Ford, who has close personal ties to Fiji, will be our North American Representative.
